BlueRidge Alpine Lodge, pet fenced in Fancy Gap VA

Cozy, pet friendly lodge with fenced yard; front & back decks. Just toss one of provided sheets across sofa & invite your dog to curl up with you & a good book in front of propane fireplace or take a hike around neighborhood & BRP. Keurig coffee bar for that fancy cuppa. Master King bed, 2 full beds & 2 twins in 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, 1488 sqft. Vibrant sunrises & sunsets from the covered porches in peaceful setting. Close to vineyards, antiques, hiking & Mt Airy. Guest access Entire house. There is a storage closet in back of house. Door is a tight fit to keep critters out! (This is the mountains!) So requires a strong firm pull to open after unlocking. The stand alone storage is not open. Will be future detached game room or she shed….Jury still out on best use of that space…. Other things to note There is no corner grocery store. Closest grocery is Mt Airy or Hillsville about 30 min away. There will be coffee pods & some snacks in case you arrive late. As dog friendly, your best buddy is welcome to lounge on furniture but please throw a sheet (provided) over furniture or bed just so clean up goes fast for us. Internet is low speed as no good high speed service providers yet. TV is Dish. Remember: this is the mountains. Drive safely as deer are abundant. Hummingbirds visit often. Don’t leave food or garbage outside that could attract the rare bear passing through.
