Games on patio/backyard (darts, hook & ring, and croquet). Patio also has a mini fridge and it will have assorted beers in it, help yourself. Yard is fully fenced and private. Smoking allowed on patio or backyard only. Not in house. Please discard ashes in outside trash binds before leaving. Guest access Pool, patio, and backyard access always available, as well as kitchen and living room. 3rd owners bedroom/bath will be locked. Owner will not be on property during your stay, you will have the rest of the house to yourself. Guest staying 5 days or longer can use the laundry facility.
