Other things to note ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION I am very experienced in furnished rental and based on my guests suggestions, I created a set of rules that help everyone in the apartment for a better living experience. You will be required upon arrival to sign additional clauses to the contract. You can see most of these rules in the house rules. Contact me if you have any questions. House Rules Rule number 1: Relax, be happy, and have fun! Enjoy your time in Brooklyn (NYC's best borough)! Rule number 2: Clean up after yourself, respect the space, and the things in the space. I try to provide everything and anything that I believe a renter would need so be nice to my house. Rule number 3: Please be responsible with the utilities :) I am very excited about being able to offer low prices to my guest, so if you could help me with that by turning off lights or water when not in use and stuff like that, that would be great! Rule number 4: No smoking please. Rule number 5: No loud music please. Rule number 6: No pets please. Rule number 7: If there is anything wrong (technical/ plumbing/ electrical issues, etc), PLEASE tell me, so I can fix it or get it fixed. Rule number 8: Please do not engage in illegal downloading/copyright infringement on my home WiFi. Rule number 9: ABSOLUTLEY NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS. Rule number 10: Relax, be happy, and have fun :)
