The property is made out of an unique areas, with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing the Villa to welcome up to 8 guests. The space The villa have been recently restructured, fulfilling preserving its authenticity and making use of prestigious material from the Apulian Region. In front of the villa, a private swimming pool (9x3 metres) is ready to welcome our guests. Moreover the external space nearby affords a lovely patio and a barbecue. The outdoors of this charming holiday home offer a large patio, equipped with a dining area, where the guests will find a a convenient space to enjoy their meals, immersed in the panoramic view on the olive groves and in the rare beauty of Puglia's sunset. The villa is 130 square meters in size on the same floor and has free wi-fi access. It is composed by a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, a living room dining table a sofa, a furnished bathroom with sink, wc, bidet, and shower box ,a spacious master bedroom with a wardrobe, a with two single beds (joinable on occasion). The property is completed by a third bedroom with double beds and a double sofa bed with an ensuite bathroom equipped with toilet and shower. The complex which is shared with the kind owners of the villa (and with the dog Bob) who lives in a home adjacent to the villa. We recommend the villa to families with children looking for a fun-filled and relaxing holiday. The villa is close enough to the touristic attractive but secluded enough on the hillside for a quiet break. This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Ostuni or 11 km far from the beaches. Guest access The guests, during their stay, have full and exclusive access to the entire building. The pool is cleaned and checked daily at the time agreed with the guest. Other things to note We will ask you to sign a simple tourist rental agreement of which will be given copies. It's not allowed to recharge electric cars in the villa. As per the italian laws, passport of each guests will be requested by the owner at arrival in order to proceed with the legal registration of guests at the police office.
