Bedroom 1 has queen memory foam mattress, high quality linens and black out shades. There is an adjoining bathroom with large tray shower. Bedroom 2 has full sized memory foam and black out shades.Separate 1/2 bath accessible to both . Spacious DR with seating for 4 , setting up a laptop or working on a project. High speed internet. Living room sofa & chairs & smart tv. Bring your favorite streaming . Kitchen has electric stove , microwave, coffee maker, french press and other basic tools for cooking . Recently updated with granite and dishwasher. Heat and cooling is provided with heat-pumps and gas Rinnai heater. This apartment is on the second floor, with private entrance. Shared coin operated washer and dryer on the ground floor. There is also an Airbnb apartment on the third floor , if you need more space. Great for family get togethers. We live on the ground floor and are happy to give you directions during your stay, or let you work it out on your own. Off street parking for 2 cars. Guest access Off street parking for 2 cars of registered guests only. Please enjoy the yard & garden. Have a seat at one of the tables and watch the world go by, or catch a snooze in an Adirondak chair. We have beach chairs available if you need some. No overnight on street-parking from December 1 - April 1. It's an older building, and sounds carry. Please respect quiet hours. There is an additional fee for each guest after 2. Sorry no pets.
