How about gathering family and friends in a green, quiet space with everything you need to spend the day or throw THAT party? PLEASE NOTE: NO ACCOMMODATIONS ARE AVAILABLE. It is for up to 45 people to spend the day and party, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the 1st day booked! ALWAYS ASK BEFORE BOOKING. What YOU will have: swimming pools, barbecue, lounge, playground, miniature house, toys, kitchen, good WIFI, lots of vegetation and a delightful atmosphere. Loud noise is not allowed. You can visit before booking. See the comments. The space The concept of the space is: that GRANDPA'S PLACE that everyone wanted to have... It's where you can gather family, friends, work colleagues, church or gym, have that barbecue, enjoy a crystal clear pool, play ball, take a day to relax and live life. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE FOR SLEEPING. It will be at your disposal from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the first contracted day. So, if you want to have a party or gather the family on a Saturday, book from Saturday to Sunday. If it's on Sunday, book from Sunday to Monday. The site can accommodate up to 40 people in comfort and plenty of room to spend the day. We have tables, seats, cutlery and plates for that number. The Airbnb app is what does not allow you to report that you accept more than 16 people, hence the number that appears on the listing. Over 40 guests, up to 60 people, you'll need to provide additional tables and chairs, but it's also nice. We charge an additional fee of 10.00 per person over 10 years of age. Over 60... we won't be able to receive your guests as they deserve... We offer for you and your guests: - Adult pool, 9.50 by 3.90 and two depths: 1.10 and 1.60, with a slide; BE CAREFUL WITH CHILDREN! - Children's pool, round, 2 m in diameter and 30 cm of water; - Spacious room, open to the pool, with tables for eating, serving and for the cake, if applicable; - Spacious bathrooms, male and female; - A field for seven-a-side soccer; - Playhouse, containing various toys; - Children's toys: trampoline, slide, suspension bridge, etc; - Full kitchen with: - Barbecue with 80 cm mouth and barbecue equipment; - Wood-burning oven; - Wood-burning stove; - Duplex refrigerator; - Styrofoam for beverages; - Television - Pots and normal kitchen items - look at the photos; - Knives, skewers, grills and other barbecue items; - 40 plates, 40 sets of forks and knives. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO GLASSES. FOR SAFETY, BRING DISPOSABLE PLASTIC CUPS. We also offer cleanliness, order and organization; and still very green, nature and pure water, from a deep well and well filtered. If you want to get to know the place, even before renting, just set the day and time. Likewise, if you want to come and decorate for your party the day before, just arrange it... if it's not rented the day before, of course, lol. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The neighborhood is rural, created in 1960 and situated on small hills. To this day, almost all the streets are dirt, and there are more groves and fields than houses. Here you can still find birds such as jacus, jaçanãs and toucans, and animals such as lizards, porcupines and opossums. Guest access The renter may use: Soccer field; grassy area with toys; field access area; pool area and lounge, plus the two bathrooms and kitchen.
