The space The Villa is Located in a Complex of Houses - in a Large Apartment Building with 3 Apartments the Middle Apartment is the Specific Villa of 200 sqm,is a villa of last years fully renovated . Our own apartment or else our villa consists of a Large Kitchen, a luxurious living room with fireplace, 2 bathrooms (1 large and one smaller wc), 3 Bedrooms , One of the three rooms is (room-closet) and is also used as a bedroom when you are many people and you absolutely need it. The outdoor balcony provides a perfect sitting area in the sun for lunch and evening to enjoy your dinner. it's so comfortable. The entrance is common to all residents of the apartment building. From the first steps of the entrance of this apartment which on the left side of the wall are lined with stone from there and inside there is privacy exclusive to our customers. Entering, it is a specially designed area with wooden dining tables and windows where there is a small and beautiful view on the upper side of the village and in a church (Agios Stefanos). Our price is clear for the interior of the house. in the winter at home oil heating is used which customers are obliged to pay extra and certainly if they want wood for the fireplace they are paid extra and they inform us from the day they make a reservation so that we have transferred them to the outside side of the apartment. Other things to note There is a parking space outside the house but the road is narrow. Of course it is understandable that a visitor does not want to go through a narrow road for this reason there is also a public parking 2 minutes walk from the house. it is the choice of each visitor individually and we always help him in the right way. there are extra benefits with extra charges and whatever the customer needs informs us and we provide them all before their arrival helping them.
