Villa 10B: A private 1-bed guesthouse by the bay

A tranquil, self-contained, detached villa just 5 minutes' walk to the waterfront. Separate entrance, self-check in, & free off-street parking make this villa perfect for those who value their privacy. French doors open from your bedroom onto a leafy courtyard garden. A 10 min drive to Sirromet Winery, 15 min to Cleveland ( & ferry to Stradbroke Island), 50 min to Brisbane CBD and 45 min to the Gold Coast. Shops, lakeside restaurants and fast food outlets are just up the road. The space Light, breezy, and recently refurbished, this coastal-themed villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, tucked away behind a private lockable double gate. High, gabled ceilings give the villa a wonderful feeling of space, despite its compact size. You can drive right up to the door of the villa with ample space inside the gates. We don't enjoy hard mattresses, so this bedroom has a luxurious plush double bed - perfect to sink into after a busy day of sightseeing. There's a large spacious mirrored wardrobe with extra blankets, ironing board and hairdryer. Please explain the nature of your visit and any other useful information when you make your booking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, the enclosed driveway area, the paved garden breezeway and the rear courtyard garden. PLEASE NOTE: there is a slight step down from the driveway to the paved breezeway path, so please take care if you are walking in that area. It will be well lit at night for added safety. Other things to note Please note, there is a microwave but no cooking facilities. We don't offer breakfast but will provide some basic supplies to get you started. There's a supermarket 2 minutes up the road and a great variety of restaurants and food outlets to suit all budgets. The TV is not a 'smart' TV.
