The space A space remodeled in colonial style and adapted with all the comforts to make your stay very pleasant. The house has 2 bedrooms (a third bedroom is disabled), each with air conditioning, television and separate bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas, one of them with a view and exit to a terrace where you will find a space with a garden table and 6 chairs to enjoy breakfast in the mornings and a nice evening in the evenings. A stylish terrace, combining nature with elements typical of the region. A large swimming pool with a filtering system, sun loungers, a roofed terrace, a granite bar with its grill to enjoy and spend incredible moments (it can be shared with other guests). The house also has a private parking lot for up to 5 vehicles, with a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use (it can be shared with other guests). All other areas are completely private. -The house is divided into two private areas that only share (terrace, pool and parking), therefore there may be simultaneous bookings although usually only 20% of bookings coincide.
