Ideal for families. The space Contemporary Nordic design house, bright with large windows overlooking Lake Lacar and the Lanín volcano. It has a heated floor and a four-sided central wood-burning fireplace. The house has 4 rooms. On the ground floor is the kitchen, living room, and dining room integrated with TV, bathroom, and two bedrooms (one of them en suite with queen bed and smart TV and the other with two twin beds and TV). On the mezzanine floor there are two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for the greatest comfort. It has a dishwasher and washing machine. Guest access Estancia Miralejos is located 30 minutes from downtown San Martin de los Andes. The house is located on the mountain at 1300 meters above sea level with incredible panoramic views. In winter it is necessary to have a 4x4 vehicle with suitable tires and/or chains. Other things to note Important for your arrival in winter! Due to winter weather conditions in the mountains, access to our property in San Martín de los Andes requires the use of 4x4 vehicles or the mandatory carrying of snow chains.
