On street parking only Home features a large and inviting living room with a smart TV & board games for a relaxing night in! Bedroom #1 features a king size bed and a small linen closet. Bedroom #2 also features a king size bed, a linen closet, and a dresser with a smart TV. An extra set of linens for beds will be available in the bedroom closets. You will find a desk with an office chair in the hallway for those in town for work! Enjoy cooking in the brand new fully stocked eat-in kitchen! (Please let us know if there are any essential items missing!) **We will provide only a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc.** The bathroom in rear of the home has a stacked washer & dryer- free for your use! Remember to bring your own detergent. Fully fenced in outdoor space with covered front porch and outdoor seating. Remember to clean up after your pets! We welcome small dogs (under 35lbs) with an additional pet fee. Dogs MUST be well behaved and house trained. Enjoy free high speed internet throughout the home This is an older shotgun style home built in circa 1900-please note there is some un evenness of the floor in certain areas. My husband and I live and work in the area and will do our best to be available if you need anything at all! A traffic cone will be provided that you may place in the street to reserve your parking place in front of the home if you wish Please note: There are two video cameras outside of the home for security purposes.
