Welcome to Waterfront Lowbanks Lakehouse!

Enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Erie from this beautiful year round home. Come and make memories with the whole family. Important Notes: The bunky will only be available after the May long weekend. A maximum of 6 adults will be approved Combination of 4 adults and 4 children or anything less (not exceeding 8) will be approved. From June 28-August 30 we are 7 night minimum and are strictly Saturday check in/out. We are set up for hosting families and parties will not be tolerated. The space The Lakehouse offers open concept layout with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The living room has a cozy space for additional sleeping with 2 pull out couches. The large windows and sliding door lead out to an incredible entertainment area. Here is where you will find the 3rd bedroom in the bunky. Outdoor Space: The property is directly on Lake Erie. You will be able to enjoy your morning coffee with breath taking views. With a lake front property comes unwanted guests at times. There are spiders that will spin webs (host does spray regularly however they are very quick to replace). Additionally, lake front properties can have midges, which are very small bugs that resemble mosquitos however they do not bite. Midges are attracted to lights, therefore opening the doors with all the lights on can have them join you inside the property. Keeping lights to a minimum when going in and out at night will limit them inside. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property. The pebble stone beach is shared with neighbor therefore we ask that you remain on our side and be respectful. Parking is permitted in the car port and driveway. 3 small vehicles will fit in the driveway. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We do require reviews from other hosts for guests wanting to book our property. If you do not have other reviews, check with someone if you r group and have them submit the request to book.
