New 2 bedroom rental unit in Mgarr Malta

Ideal location - close to 3 beautiful beaches, Golden Bay, Gnejna Bay and Riviera Bay (2 to 4 km away). Close also to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal to Gozo and Comino. A spacious, bright and 75 square meter apartment with two balconies enjoying, fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Air-conditioned, fast internet connection and free WI-FI . Shops, restaurants and bus stop are a short stroll away. Parking in front of apartment is never a problem. The space This apartment is found in a new block of apartments. Once inside, you will find a combined, kitchen, dining area with a front balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a toaster, a kettle, a microwave oven and a nescafe espresso machine. The dining area has a seating for 6 persons. In the living area there is a sofa bed which can sleeps two persons. Smart TV and Internet is available for free. Once you go further into the apartment, you will find a full bathroom. A washing machine is available in the back balcony and an iron, ironing board and a clothes drying rack are also available. Then at the back of the apartment, you will find the two bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has a euro king size bed (measuring 160cm x 200cm). The second bedroom has 2 single beds (measuring 90cm x 200cm). Both of the bedrooms has access to a back balcony. A baby bed and a highchair can also be made available upon request. Bed linen, bath towers and a hair drier are provided. Guest access It is a private apartment where guests have access to all rooms in the apartment. Other things to note Please note that ac is at an extra cost. Ac’s are connected to a coin meter and one pays as much as he consumes. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. During lovely and summer season, although we do sanitise, some insects are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. Check ins are done by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. Waste schedule is found in the apartment, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. No additional guests which are not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. At the moment there are some excavation works due to construction. Therefore some noises are expected between 7am and 8pm. As per Maltese regulations, there is a small city tax (environmental contribution) of €1.50 per person per night. This fee is not included in the Airbnb total and is kindly collected in cash upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding
