Kitchen is spacious and provides seating and utilities for up to 8 people. Utility room houses the wash area fridge freezer and drying area for the hot tub laundry. Up stairs has 3 bedrooms, bedrooms one and two cater king size beds and an en’suit. Bedroom 3 is two single beds with 2 x trundle for additional guests. Bathroom is contemporary and situated to the left of the landing next to bedroom 3. Guest access Guests can make full use of the house and garden area at the rear of side of the property which comprises of a part indian slate and gravel patio area with a hot tub. A large decked area with seating and a barbeque which offers the stunning view of the country side beyond.
