No smoking inside the home or near windows/doors license number 22106298STR The space Our very spacious property houses 4 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the lower level, a full large kitchen, multiple spacious living/family rooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 powder room plus laundry. Property is very large and has ample views of the lake from our back yard. We also have a cedar wood burning sauna (optimal temperature with a traditional sauna is between 76 and 88 degrees Celsius. We are in the lake and during cold season range around 76-80 degrees celsius) and electric hot tub, large back deck with outdoor sitting and dining table (seasonal)! Sit around the gas fire pit near the lake and enjoy stunning sunsets and a pure Zen experience. Bed sizes are Upstairs - 2 King bed bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom. The home operates on a cistern system, so we ask guests to be mindful of water usage during their stay. In rare cases of heavy use, the cistern may require refilling, which can take up to 36 hours. You may also notice slightly lower water pressure on the upper level due to the system. The stove is fully functional; however, the keypad display may flicker at times. For your comfort, we recommend bringing bottled drinking water. Don't forget to bring your firewood for the Sauna! This is available are many local gas stations and corner stores. ✨ Our goal is to provide a relaxing and seamless stay, these small notes simply help ensure everything runs smoothly for you during your time at the villa. Guest access Guest Access Guests will enjoy full and private access to the entire home throughout their stay. Entry is seamless with a secure keyless entry system. This property operates under strict municipal bylaws for short-term rentals. These regulations are in place to protect the community and allow us to continue hosting. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 🏡 House Guidelines • No parties or events permitted • Maximum of 10 adults on the property at any time • Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM (local bylaw) • No smoking inside the home or near entrances/windows • Maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway • Street parking is not permitted and is strictly enforced by the city 🐾 Pets are welcome! We love hosting your furry companions, please ensure all waste is cleaned up. A $100 pet fee applies, with a maximum of 2 dogs. 🌿 As a lakefront cottage, we kindly ask that doors remain closed when not in use to help prevent insects and pests from entering the home. 💛 A Note on the Space This is not a party property. The home is located in a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood with full-time residents and children nearby.
