Shiva Farm Stay: 4 Bed Luxury Farm House with pool

Sprawled around beautiful landscape and farm land, Shiva farmhouse is nested in midst of nature. The Villa is strategically constructed on a height to give you scenic views from all sides. The interiors are designed in a rustic and luxury way. Natural stones and handcrafted premium teak wood furniture is used. We offer Spacious Air Conditioned rooms with attached baths. The Villa is spread around 3,000 sqft and has landscaping area of over 10,000 sqft. The space The Villa has two levels. - The Terrace area is on the first level which will give you a breath taking view of the scenic farms around. It also has a serving and bar-station. - The entire home is on the ground level. The Living room overlooks the farm scenic view, the garden and the Pool. The Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separate 8 seater Dining Area which overlooks the beautiful farms from both sides of the full length windows. - The TV area boasts a large 65 inch LG OLED Television with Airtel Cable TV connection, along with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Hotstar etc (For internet you will have to connect your mobile hotspot to the TV) - As this is a remote area, mobile/internet connectivity is limited to certain areas of the house like the living room and bedrooms near the windows. - Bedroom 1 has a TV with Airtel Cable TV connection - Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 are fully Air Conditioned. Bedroom 4 is non air conditioned and has a standing fan. - Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 have attached bathrooms. Bedroom 3's Bathroom has 2 door openings- one from the bedroom & other from the common passage area. - There is a sitting area with a wooden 3 seater swing outside the Living Room Window. - The swimming pool area is surrounded by palm trees and beautiful trees around. As this is on a height, you will get amazing views and photographs. - It also has a gazebo & a sit-out area near the pool to chill & relax you. Guest access - Guest can access the entire villa and the open spaces. - Our home cook is happy to spoil you with home cooked delicacies hence kitchen access is restricted. However, mothers of infants or small children can access the kitchen with prior intimation. - There is no public transport available around the property. The closest shops are at a 6-8 kms distance. - Parking is available within the compound. Maximum guests can be allowed upto 12 with an additional charge of Rs. 1,000 per person. - This is our family's second home and we have built this ourselves from scratch. It is not a guest house, so we would highly appreciate if you could treat it with care & respect. - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the home. You need to keep the surroundings tidy and make use the litter bins. - Sleeping & using soiled feet on the Sofas are Strictly not allowed. - The common areas of the villa which includes the living areas, swimming pool area, all entry and exit points are covered under CCTV surveillance. - Food arrangements: Meal charges need to be paid prior to check in/on arrival in cash. a. Our cook can prepare simple healthy home cooked meals using locally sourced fresh ingredients on a pre-decided menu (as this is a remote area, planning in advance is necessary to arrange for all required materials). b. Prices would be: i) Veg/Jain Meals @Rs. 1,000 per day per person ii) Non-Veg I (Chicken & Eggs) @Rs. 1,200 per day per person iii) Non-Veg II (Fish or Mutton) @Rs. 1,400 per day per person Children under 5 years - no charge, between 6-11 years 50% on above rates. 12 years+ would be charged at full. Meal Package includes Lunch on arrival, High Tea (Light Evening snack served with Tea/Coffee), Dinner & Breakfast for the next morning. Barbecue can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs 300 per person for both veg & non veg. c. There are no restaurants nearby the Villa. The nearest would be around 8-9 kms away from the Villa. There are no food delivery options available here. - As the Villa is in a remote area, power can be erratic. We have installed inverter batteries that are able to power most electric points and can last most disruptions if used judiciously. Air Conditioners & TVs are not supported by the inverters.
