Welcome to my cocoon! 60 m2 apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a listed building overlooking Place Mazagran (lively square with the terrace of the famous bar/restaurant "Le Court Circuit", petanque court, etc.). It is bright, warm, carefully decorated and offers an ideal setting for your stay in the land of the Gones. The space Large living room with dining room open to a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, Jura coffee machine...). Ideal for musicians (piano at your disposal, speakers...) and movie lovers (TV, Netflix, Disney+). A first bedroom of 13 m2 with a double bed, large dressing room in which I will free up some space for you ;), dressing table and large mirror.
