Pool, cafeteria is on ground floor which is common for the two Riverstay villas. We are a home, not a hotel. Best for families with kids. Luxury rooms (private areas) are located on first floor and 2nd floor. Kitchen with induction. Party seekers must take prior approval and agree to terms . Alcohol abuse and indecent behaviour in public/shared areas and river is strictly not allowed and may result in police intervention. Best Season : Mid July to December with river flowing The space Property is located in pristine valley within the valley surrounded by mountains and forests with seasonal river view up front. River level may vary and in extreme summers it goes dry. Best flow is from Mid July to mid jan. Smoking in public areas including swimming pool area, waiting hall, riverside is strictly prohibited and can put guests at risk of prosecution by public authorities. Rule for the Pool( in pool villa): Strict Timings (8AM-7PM) 1. Swimming Costumes is a must for everyone (Lycra/spandex material). 2. No Diving, No Jumping, No Running around. 3. No Eating or Drinking when in Pool. 4. Unaccompanied kids not allowed. 5. Intoxicated persons not allowed to enter pool. Pool can be under cleaning maintenance sometimes. Guest access Swimming Pool and club area. There are rules applicable to swimming pool usage including timings from 8AM to 7PM. Any Parties must be notified in advance. Other things to note Personal Alcohol, if any, should be decently consumed within private areas only. Any damages made must be paid. Linen damages must also be paid.
