Adorable Tiny House on a working horse ranch

Enjoy a cozy stay at this tiny house located on a working ranch. Sleeps up to 7 people, full kitchen and bath, laundry, and private patio. With scenic views and many horses to pet, you can enjoy a relaxing retreat while being a short drive to many fun, historical and beautiful sites. We are: *5 min from historic Winters, *20 min away from the UC Davis campus, *20 min from the Sacramento international airport *1 hr. from Napa and an easy day trip to the Bay Area, Tahoe, and Bodega Bay. The space The Tiny House was custom built and includes a private entrance, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with three twin beds and a sleeper couch. Guests can also enjoy a deck and fire pit outside. Guest access Guests can self-check-in. There is a private driveway with a gate for guests to enter and park. A door code is provided to guests that unlocks the front door. Guests with small children or infants should bring highchairs, cribs, etc. as we do not provide these items. Other things to note * We do not make exceptions to our pet policy, which may include assistance animals. * We are in the country with neighbors who have goats, dogs, and other animals * We are always looking to improve the stay of our guests.
