Welcome to The Nest, a cozy, one bedroom, upstairs apartment perfect for any length stay. This unit is upstairs & offers sleeping arrangements for 4, one king sized bed and two twin sleeper sofas. Super comfy for 2 guests, cozy for 4. Dedicated work space. 11 minutes to Grand Park & Pacers Basketball facility. Full bathroom. Respectably stocked kitchen. This property is in a small, rural Indiana town. You will drive 10-15 minutes for grocery, restaurants etc. Shared laundry available. The space This is a one bedroom upstairs apartment of a duplex. You will have the entire upstairs unit to yourself. You will have a private entrance. The downstairs also hosts Airbnb guests. This apartment is a comfortable place for individuals, couples or families to stay for a quick stay or longer term. The home has recently updated but it is over 100 years old with some old house quirks. If old houses aren't your cup of tea, this may not be the place for you. We pride ourselves on offering a CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, VALUE DRIVEN experience for every guest. If there is anything missing during your stay please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Note we are only 11 minutes away from Grand Park. The laundry room is a space shared between the upstairs guest, downstairs guest and our cleaners. You will have secure access to the laundry room. We just ask that you are courteous to other guests using the laundry. Guest access You will have the entire upstairs apartment. Free parking on site for one vehicle additional vehicles can park on the street. You have access to a shared laundry room. The access is through the back door on the first floor. There is a lockbox with a key for that door. The code is the same as your apartment code. Please be courteous of other guest using the laundry room and lock the door and replace the key when you are finished. Other things to note We provide coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper for every guest. This home is a in a family friendly neighborhood. There may be children playing outdoors, people mowing their grass or folks visiting neighbors. There is a lot of construction going on in our little town. There may be some noise from construction during the day. The home has recently updated but it is over 100 years old with some old house quirks.
