You will have the entire upstairs unit to yourself. You will have a private entrance. The downstairs also hosts Airbnb guests. This apartment has been recently redone to be a comfortable place for individuals, couples or families to stay for a quick stay or longer term. The home has recently updated but it is over 100 years old with some old house quirks. If old houses aren't your cup of tea, this may not be the place for you. Note we are only 11 minutes away from Grand Park. The laundry room is a space shared between the upstairs guest, downstairs guest and our cleaners. You will have secure access to the laundry room. We just ask that you are courteous to other guests using the laundry. You will have the entire upstairs apartment. Free parking on site for one vehicle additional vehicles can park on the street. You have access to a shared laundry room. The access is through the back door on the first floor. There is a lockbox with a key for that door. The code is the same as your apartment code. Please be courteous of other guest using the laundry room and lock the door and replace the key when you are finished.
