There is the main house on the 2.5 acre property but it is at the other end of the land and you'll have plenty of privacy. There is also wooden fencing to ensure solitude. There is a large metal workshop that guests will not have access to. Other things to note Please be aware that you'll be in the wide open desert and the area is shared with critters that are native to the area. This can include coyotes, snakes, bunnies, and scorpions. Please always wear shoes while outside. The Birdie is a tiny home with King bedroom, bathroom with standing shower and a small coffee nook with microwave and mini refrigerator.
