The space Great place for working individuals who need to be close to downtown, airport, grocery stores, and restaurants. We are the second to last house on the street. The street dead ends into the creek and the creek continues behind our house. You'll have complete privacy in your bungalow basement apartment with 5 stairs down to your separate French door entrance in the backyard. The remaining 2 floors above you are rented to airline professionals who are based at the PHL airport who live out of state and are only here before or after trips or while on call. Very well-kept yard and quiet neighbors. Almost all appliances are new, and the room has a beachy modern feel. The entire apartment has large ceramic tile. The bathroom has a stand-up shower with great water pressure. Kitchen is equipped with full size gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, apartment size fridge, and ice maker. Enough counter space for prepping meals and storage cabinets. There is also a full size washer and dryer and plenty of laundry supplies. The door at the top of the basement stairs is kept locked from both sides. The area is completely safe. Excellent Wifi connection and DirectTV. Guest access Only item shared is the patio. It is attached to the other Airbnb apartment next door which has a long-term tenant. There is a bistro table and lounge chair on the patio with a deck above, so it gives a nice, shaded area to relax.
