This quirky stylish house is located in the centre of Petersfield, close to the station and motorway junction. A large bedroom with an ensuite, there is also an additional room if required. (3 single beds in total across 2 rooms) A beautiful garden and conservatory library with a cat. The space A large private room with an ensuite shower room, can accommodate 2 twin beds, there is another private room that shares the bathroom (only for one group). A private fridge, kettle, toaster and breakfast items provided in the room. The downstairs shared (with homeowner) is open plan, with a cosy lounge, dining room and beautiful conservatory. Relax on the chaise whilst listening to the gramophone or reading one of the many books available. Guest access The lounge, dining room, kitchen, conservatory and the beautiful garden with 3 separate seating areas, including deckchairs.
