All necessities include comfortable bedding and a spacious living area. The home is located in the Yowell Ranch Subdivision of Killeen. Yowell Ranch is a master-planned community governed by the Home Owners Association (HOA) covenants. Feel free to inquire about long-term stays including corporate housing. Guest access You are our only guest during your stay with access to two bedrooms, depending on your guest count, one bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room, and the laundry room. Other things to note A service animal is welcome, or two (2) pets are permitted. Pets must be under 50 pounds and house-trained. Pets are not allowed on the guest bed or furniture. Damage caused during your stay or pets may result in an additional charge.
