Upon request and subject to host approval, the space can accommodate up to a maximum of four people. Guest access The house consists of three floors exclusively for guest use, including a spacious panoramic terrace. All levels are connected by interior staircases equipped with sturdy handrails. Detailed information and over 80 photos are provided in advance, giving guests a clear understanding of the exceptional conditions they can expect upon arrival. Other things to note Year-Round Stays The house is fully equipped to support comfortable stays throughout all 365 days of the year, including a powerful dual air conditioning system that ensures the perfect indoor temperature in every season. Rest, Your Way The bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200 cm) with a viscoelastic ActivCarbon topper for extra comfort. Upon request, the room can be reconfigured with two single beds (90x200 cm each), placed side by side. Cleaning for Longer Stays When booking, guests pay a one-time cleaning and linen fee via Airbnb, which is ideal for most weekly stays. For longer stays, we recommend an intermediate cleaning and weekly linen change, available for an additional €79, payable locally. These and any other specific needs should be arranged and confirmed with the host in response to the welcome email, ensuring complete transparency and a top-quality stay.
