Located on the 3rd-floor rooftop of an old family building, the studio has been newly renovated and fully furnished. Enjoy views of both the lush green agricultural land behind the building and the bustling city of Sin El fil from the front. As you make your way up to the studio, you'll also notice the lovely plants adorning the stairwell, adding a touch of greenery to your stay. While the studio is best suited for one person, we welcome couples who don't mind snuggling up close. And with fast internet via Ogero, you can stay connected throughout your stay. Guest access Guests staying at our Airbnb listing will have exclusive access to a private garden located just across the street. To enter the garden, we will provide guests with a unique code. Once inside, they will be able to enjoy the serene surroundings, take a stroll through the fruit trees, enjoy the company of our street cats, and even meet some of the Lebanese composter community who use the garden for this purpose. In addition to providing a peaceful outdoor space, our building also has designated areas for recycling and promotes eco-friendly practices. We believe in doing our part to protect the environment, and we hope our guests will join us in these efforts during their stay. Other things to note Please note that tap water in the studio is not suitable for drinking. However, grocery shops within walking distance offer bottled water for purchase. Rest assured that water for showering and other uses is available 24/7. We have a water tank on the rooftop and an additional supply on the ground floor of the building. Please note that due to the studio's location on the rooftop, the water pressure may be medium. Please also note that the studio is not accessible for individuals with physical disabilities, as there is no elevator in the building.
