Enjoy a stylish and modern experience at this centrally-located place.5 minute walk to local beaches and local attractions including Newquay zoo. The space It’s a very chic studio apartment with on site parking, that comfortably sleeps 2 in a superking size bed that on request can also be changed to 2 singles, (as shown in pics).It has a small kitchenette, (there is a microwave, kettle,toaster and sink also crockery, glasses and cutlery, but there isn’t an oven, there is also a mini fridge located in the cupboard which has a very small freezer compartment too.There is also a ironing board and iron and kitchen bin.)Bathroom,comprises of sink, toilet and electric shower and a towel rail,small mirror, hand soap bath mat a non slip shower mat and toilet roll . Living area has a small breakfast bar area with 2 stalls and small hanging space for clothes , there are 2 tub chairs a coffee table and a 55inch smart tv, with sky tv available for you to view,you can also log on to your own Netflix or Amazon accounts and stream via the apps on the tv, There is a small outside area with a bistro table and 2 chairs that’s ideal for enjoying a glass of wine or 2 Guest access You can access the studio apartment through a gate to the side of the property there is a small outdoor area and you can park you car on the drive on the property Other things to note The bed is actually a super king zip and link bed that can be split in to 2 single beds on request As shown in the pictures there isn’t an actual door to the bathroom, but a curtain to pull across instead, we have tried to source a small folding door that wouldn’t protrude on the bathroom and make what is a great size bathroom feel smaller and impact the already small kitchenette area, but to date we haven’t found anything that suits, I don’t want to mislead in anyway and so if you feel this will impact on staying at our property, I won’t to make sure this is pointed out before you book.
