The space Anything is possible here at 'White Squall'. Do as much or as little as you like! This is absolute beachfront luxury in a large spacious home with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Four bedrooms have their own private ensuite. The house has recently been carefully styled to allow you to feel like you have stepped into your own private luxury home. Choose from two comfortable loungerooms, two large beachfront decks and your own private room to lounge around in with sliding doors onto your deck. There are so many spots to unwind and take in the isolated beach vibes that you need a week to explore them all. From sitting in the upstairs front windows watching the waves roll in with a crackling open woodfire to enjoying the outdoor hot tub on the upstairs balcony with a glass of wine. Perhaps you are reading a book whilst lying on your bed and listening to the rain and the waves on a stormy day. You will not struggle to completely unwind, relax and de-stress in this location. The open woodfire and cosy furnishings make this a warm and inviting winter escape. Bring a warm coat and some boots to go exploring! Then curl up in front of the fire after a soak in the hot tub to enjoy your favourite Netflix series. Or simply just to listen to the wind in the trees as the hustle and bustle of life leaves you completely. Enjoy long lazy beach walks, a picnic or romantic dinner on the sand of the beach right in front of the house. If you love activity bring your swimmers, boat, kayaks or fishing rods. Enjoy your morning run or yoga on beach. White Beach is renowned for some of the best scallop and rock lobster diving locations in Tasmania. If you are creative, bring your your camera and a tripod, your writing or your painting equipment, as you are sure to feel inspired on the Tasman Peninsula. This property is fortunate enough to be located with some of the best views of Aurora Australis and bioluminescent in Australia. If you are very lucky the migrating whales, pods of dolphins and plenty of seals may also make an appearance. Make the most of the binoculars provided to spot the abundance of wildlife. This luxury short stay accommodation is named 'White Squall' and is a large house on a block with a self contained studio next door. If you require the self contained studio also, which can sleep 2 people, this can be booked through airbnb also (if available). This house is a large white, grand home with so much room for generations of families to travel together and not be under each others feet. With your own smart TVs and bathrooms in the three downstairs bedrooms there is no need to miss your favourite show. The two large loungerooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) both have smart TVs ready for you to access your own subscriber channels (Netflix etc). Bedroom Configuration The main bedroom is upstairs with full beachfront views - 1 King Bed and ensuite with bath, shower and walk in robe. Sliding door access to upstairs balcony and the hot tub. There are 2 beachfront bedrooms downstairs - both with 1 Queen Bed and ensuite with shower and sliding door access to the downstairs balcony and beach. Both have smart TVs. There is 1 downstairs bedroom with 1x Queen bed and ensuite with shower and sliding door access to the downstairs balcony and beach. This room also has a smart TV. There is 1 bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds. There is no ensuite bathroom for this room but guests can use any of the other ensuites and the downstairs toilet through the laundry room. Guest access You will drive into the shared carpark behind the homestead and the self contained studio and you will have access to 3 parking spots clearly marked as White Squall Parking 1,2 or 3. You will have access to the full house during your stay and access to outdoor balconies and hot tub looking out over White Beach, Wedge Bay and Storm Bay. You have private access to the beach from your front balcony door. There are two short term stay properties located in the large area of land and they have their own parking marked in the large car park also. One being our accompanying fully self-contained studio that you can also book through airbnb for two people in one king bed. Other things to note Please enjoy this home as yours. We want you to unwind and relax. We love this home and have tried really hard to provide the most comfortable and luxurious furnishings to relax in. Travel Insurance We have a firm cancellation policy and we recommend having travel insurance to cover you, if for any reason you are unable to travel, as there is no refund available within 7 days of travelling and only 50% refundable within 14 days of travel. House Rules We would like everyone to have a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. As there are two other short term stay properties nearby, we ask guests to be mindful of the noise levels when outside or near these properties after 9pm and before 8am. We have a strict no pets policy and a strict no party policy. Privacy The main house shares a large carpark area with our Studio and another shack. There are outdoor security cameras operating at the back entrance and the front entrance of the house for guest and host security for the carpark and the beach entrance. Your host is not onsite but can be contacted by phone and a local host is nearby. Accessibility We welcome all ages and abilities to 'White Squall'. We would like you to note that there are several stair cases that give you access into the property. Two small stair cases with 4 steps into the house. Two large staircases to reach upstairs. One external and one internal. There is no lift or chair lift to the upstairs floor where the kitchen, main loungeroom and main bedroom are all located. These rooms can only be accessed by the staircases. Children and Baby Safety We supply three highchairs and three porta cots. There is an internal baby gate at the top of the stairs in the lounge room. As there are several staircases, an open fire, a hot tub, full second story balcony surrounding the house and many entry and exit points through the house and the beach only 30m from the front door, we ask you to judge the suitability of this property for young children. Pricing Airbnb charge guests a service fee that can not be removed by hosts and is a percentage of the total cost of the stay. This fee goes to Airbnb, not the host. Please correctly book the number of guests staying, as some rooms may be unavailable if you do not book them. Also keeping in mind there are outdoor security cameras operating at the back entrance and the front entrance of the house for guest and host security. If extra guests arrive and are not on the booking you may be asked to leave the property without a refund for any nights remaining.
