Our sea view apartment is located in the centre of Rosslare Strand beside the entrance to main beach car park and close to Kelly's Hotel and just opposite Kelly’s Cafe with our direct access to beach, this apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is within walking distance to shops, hotel, restaurants, bars, golf & public transport. The complex has electric gates which lead to secure private parking. There is also private access from the complex to Rosslare’s amazing Blue Flag beach. Extras Security deposit of €150 euro will be requested on arrival and will be returned once the apartment is let in the condition it was found. Electricity is charged at €5 per day in July and August and €7 per day for the rest of the year. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Bed linen and towels supplied but we recommend you bring extra towels. Parking charge of €25 per stay. Recycling must be removed from the property and can be disposed of located in the public car park opposite Tides pub. House Rules No pets allowed. No football allowed in the yard area.
