Nice and comfy apartment with own entrance

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe. The space The sofa can be extended to a sofa-bed, so one more person could sleep there. Attention: there is no door between bedroom and bathroom, but there is a door between bathroom and hallway, see pictures. Our house is located in a traffic-calmed location, on the outskirts of Leiblfing. In the village there is a supermarket, doctors, a pharmacy, baker and butcher. In the immediate vicinity (2 min walk) is an excellent Greek and Italian restaurant. Leiblfing is located in the heart of the Gäuboden and only 15 km from Straubing. Regensburg, Landshut, as well as Munich airport can be reached in less than 60min. The recreation area Bavarian Forest can be reached in about 50min.
