We have owned this house for over 13 years and put a lot of love and care into it. I personally go to the home before and after each guest to insure everything is in order. This detail enables the home to stay in excellent condition. We have done countless renovations and improvements to the home but there will be older house charm. The floor creaks when you walk around. In Oregon, we have a seasonal influx of ants and spiders which we do our best to keep away but they don’t always listen and sometimes they may find their way into the home. This home is owned/managed solely by me; not a large property management company. I do my very best to make it an extension of my personal home. Guest access You have access to the entire home/yard. The garage is not available to park in because the floor will flood with water runoff from the vehicle. The washer/dryer is located in the garage. Other things to note I’m a hands-on owner and host who self-manages this home. Fully equipped kitchen with blender, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker. Twin day bed pulls out to become a queen. Because of the pull-out bed, this home is not ideal for 6 adults. The listing says 6 to accommodate families with children. High chair and travel crib always available at the home. 3 portable AC units during the summer months. If you book a stay over 2 weeks, a security deposit will be required depending on number of guests and length of stay.
