You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. A short drive to Nike campus, Intel, Providence St. Vincent, Kaiser Westside, Beaverton farmers market, Cooper Mountain Vineyard, downtown Portland, and all that the PNW has to offer! 16 miles from PDX international airport. Public transportation is available: a short walk to the bus stop (line 52 or 57) can take you to many local places as well as connect you to MAX light rail which extends from Gresham to Hillsboro. This is a clean, cozy and inviting home where you can rest after a busy day. We have created a peaceful and private yard with lots of shade and fruit trees and bushes. This house was built in 1955. We have owned this house for over 10 years and put a lot of love and care into it. I personally go to the home before and after each guest to insure everything is in order. We have done countless renovations and improvements to the home but there will be older house charm. The floor creaks when you walk around. In Oregon, we have a seasonal influx of ants and spiders which we do our best to keep away but they don’t always listen and sometimes they may find their way into the home. You have access to the entire home/yard. The garage is not available to park in because the floor will flood with water runoff from the vehicle. The washer/dryer is located in the garage. I live nearby and am always available if needed. The local high school and public pool are within walking distance. Lots of restaurants are a short drive away. This is a residential family neighborhood so please do not expect a touristy area. A city bus stop is a short walk away or you can drive to one of the many max stations nearby. Fully equipped kitchen with blender, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker. Twin day bed pulls out to become a queen. Because of the pull-out bed, this home is not ideal for 6 adults.
