We are a 7-minute walk from the center of Maussane and a few km from Les Baux de Provence to discover the olive groves, the good Provençal wines, the typical markets and especially the Provençal accent ;-) We are a 40-minute drive from the Camargue to discover the Salins de Giraud and the pink flamingos, 1 hour 15 minutes from Marseille to visit the Mucem, the coves or the Bonne Mère and 40 minutes from Avignon to visit the Palais des Papes and many other places that we can advise you on! The space Welcoming and family villa that has two private parking spaces in front of the gate. Gate with code and lockbox easily accessible for self check-in as needed. The whole house is cool in the summer thanks to our essential jacketable air conditioning in Provence;-) Our swimming pool (5m x 3m, 1.30 m deep), fully fenced, is perfect for cooling off after a day exploring the Alpilles or strolling through the Provencal villages. It is heated from the beginning of April to the end of June approximately. A real joy in the southern sun! The living room with our open kitchen is spacious, bright and very pleasant to live in, it is fully equipped, functional and ready to accommodate 6 people! The galandage bay window gives access to the terrace and garden for your aperitifs and meals, or just enjoy a good swim after discovering our beautiful region. We have a bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. At this level we also have a cellar with the washing machine and dryer. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms: - a zen master bedroom (bed 180 x 200), - a "Pink" bedroom (160 x 200 bed), - a "New York" bedroom (160 x 200 bed). For your visit, the beds will be made and bath sheets are provided as well as towels for the pool. There is also a bathroom and toilet upstairs. The house is perfectly suited to hosting young children. You will find a changing table, baby bath, high chair, stroller, games and cribs. Feel free to let us know in advance what you'll need during your stay so everything is ready when you arrive 😊 We also provide you with the basic necessities for a quiet and smooth arrival: shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, fresh water, tea towels, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The accommodation is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles (service available as an option, with financial participation). Other things to note Additional info: ☕️ We have a senseo coffee maker 🐱 We have neighborhood cats that sometimes come to do their business in our garden, we apologize in advance for this... There is a small shovel outside and you can take a white garbage bag if you want to throw it away. 🗑 Please sort the garbage (black and yellow) and throw the glass in the village containers provided for this purpose before leaving.
