On site pool, laundry room and there are two bike to use (first come first serve). Sleeps 4 No smoking in the condo. Guest access The guest has access to the entire condo. Each unit has one dedicated parking space. Do not park in any other numbered spot. Other things to note 2 night minimum 3 night for holidays Book for 28 nights or more and save 20% When booking a month or more you are expected to replenish your essentials and do your laundry.
