Enjoy a cozy stay close to downtown Siloam Springs Welcome to our cozy little boho studio close to down town Siloam Springs. You will have full access to the studio, laundry, bathroom and backyard as well as a parking space under the carport to the right of the house. Please feel free to bring your furry friends along on your adventure in Siloam Springs as we are pet friendly. (When booking please make sure to tell the time you plan to arrive.) Laundry, backyard and patio, and fire pit are all available for use. We as well have a small charcoal grill that can be used (if you let us know you’d like to use it we’ll gladly pull it out of the shed and set it up before you arrive) Please note that we do not typically provide fire wood. We ask that you please leave the doors connecting to the rest of the house alone as we do live on the other side of the studio. The doors have availability to be locked from both sides If you’re new to visiting Siloam Springs or just want some new options to try out we would love to share with you some great places to eat and visit while you are here. Our guest book will also provide many options of things to do close to town or a bit farther away. As we do live on the other side of the home we are pretty available throughout the day to help with things you may need so feel free to message us. Quiet neighborhood, close to police department and fire station. 0.9miles to downtown Siloam Springs a 10 minute walking distance. Parking downtown is normally widely available and free. We are about 0.3 miles (a three minute drive) from the Brick Ballroom And 1.5 miles (5 minute drive) to John Brown University This studio and the rest of the house share a wall connected to our kitchen. We want to be as open and honest that there will be some normal noises coming from the home as we live our daily routines. we own a cat and a puppy who occasional can be heard, but we try our best to keep them as quiet as possible. We will try our very best to be as courteous as possible during your stay with us as we hope you will be too. The backyard is open without a fence in a small portion of it, because of this we ask that you keep any dogs that come on a leash. The bathroom to the studio is small and has a stall shower, not a full tub. To enter the studio there is a dirt pathway after the carport, one step up the patio and two steps to the door.
