Follow the trail a quarter-mile across the street to the SOBO District for nearby dining/drinks. And you're only a short drive/scooter ride to downtown Tulsa, the Pearl District, Cherry Street and Utica Square. The space This newly renovated first floor unit includes new cabinets, countertops, flooring and appliances in the kitchen. The entire space was painted for a clean, modern feel. The unit was updated with new hardware and fixtures throughout and recently furnished with stylish decor and everything needed for your stay. The open living/dining area just off kitchen is a great space for gathering or relaxing. The bedroom down hallway includes a king bed and dresser with access to back porch. Closets and shelving available throughout the space. Guest access Park behind building. One car per reservation. Additional cars may park in nearby neighborhood. Entire unit and porch available to guest. Other things to note We also hold strict quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Pets are welcome, but need to be approved and added to guest count! Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated if left alone in the unit. Excessive cleaning costs due to pet hair may be charged back to the guest.
