The entire apartment is for you and your guest listed on the reservation only. Pool, jacuzzi, and gym are accessible to you. • We kindly ask you to not enter into the leasing office or disturb any of the leasing staff. Leasing staff will not assist you since you are not on a long term lease contract. Please contact us for all your questions and concerns. We appreciate it your cooperation. Other things to note • We are a smoke/vape free community. City ordinances prohibits ANY kind of smoking in residential buildings. Fee up to $500 for cleaning/odor removal. • Only 1 FREE parking space. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at your expense. Extra parking pass is available $15/night with a day notice. Please be prompt and ask for more details. • Our PET FEE applies to all pets. Only Certified Service Animals are exempt from the pet fee. Certified Service Animals must have service vest on at all times. Some breeds are not allowed due to community restrictions. • No pets or glass in the pool area. No exceptions. • Sleep 4 comfortably, 2 King Beds. Sleeping in couch is optional, and comfortable. Optional for 6 guest MAX, up to your discretion. The home is very comfortable. • NO MAIL OF ANY KIND. Use a different alternative. Ask before ordering anything. * Ring Doorbell Camera. Please make sure you are aware of this. * Toilet paper, napkins, detergent, shampoo, etc., and other essentials are provided for the first few days. You are responsible for additional supplies. * We no longer purchase perishables like salt, pepper, oil, seasonings, etc. We realize the expiration date on some items are overlooked and don’t want to risk having expired items when they aren’t used as often.
