The one-room flat was completely renovated in 2022 and is located in a quiet residential street. It is suitable for up to four people (1 double bed, 1 sofa, 1 (double) folding mattress. BVB stadium, trade fair and city centre can be reached by underground in 10-15 minutes without changing trains. Facilities include: Underfloor heating, 100 MBit WLAN, monitor, dishwasher, free parking in front of the house, free communal washing machine. Cot, high chair and crockery available. Our guests are expected to be considerate. Parties, smoking and pets are not permitted. Please note that we do not exclusively rent out the flat, but also use it as a study. Of course, our guests remain undisturbed during their stay, we do not enter the flat during this time. However, there are various materials and literature in the cupboards that are not included in the rental! All ceilings and some of the exterior walls have been newly insulated in 2022. The two skylights are also covered with a UV heat/cold protection film and all three windows can be completely shaded so that the flat does not heat up too much even at temperatures > 35 degrees and does not cool down too much in winter. Guest access Personal key handover (2 sets of keys) possible from 3pm to 10pm and by arrangement. We do not live on site, but within walking distance. The flat is on the second floor (no lift) and is accessed via the central staircase. The keys are returned by arrangement (in person or simply left on the table and the door closed).
