@Get_Yurty is a wooden round house set in a beautiful treelined area of Connecticut. The Yurt design being utilized in this structure provides a unique experience of 360 degree views of the outside along with modern amenities like private sleep pods, all major appliances, climate control and full modern bathroom. Disclaimer - this is NOT a tent! The space The main circle provides an open concept for you to cook a meal and interact with your entire group. Each sleep pod branches off the main round room and has full privacy with doors and window coverings. These are intimate spaces suited for 1-2 people. The bathroom provides 2 vanities, one outside the shower area and one inside the toilet and shower area. There is an additional outside shower if that is your thing! The outsides space provides seating on the gravel patio along with a firepit for colder nights. There is plenty of wood laying around (make sure it can be broken down to fit!) or they typically sell bundles at the grocery store. There are also some neighbors who sell wood and eggs! Guest access The following areas are off limits for guests and pets. The mechanical room which is gated and latched. The crawl space, the shed and the roof. Other things to note Come prepared to enjoy the outdoors! We do have the property treated regularly for mosquitos and other insects but still come prepared with personal use bug spray. Lawn service comes once a week on Thursday and the Driveway will need to remain clear for them to access the back and side yards.
