This spacious one bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor of a security complex. The studio is perfectly situated directly in the city for any traveler wanting to explore Cape Town central by foot or public transport. Highlights of the studio are: - Location - High speed complimentary uncapped wifi - Television - Security and safety The space Sunlit fully furnished 50m2 one bedroom apartment with open plan living area and well equipped kitchen comprising of a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. Guest access Guests enter the studio via the security/reception area of the complex, which is manned 24/7. The studio is located on the 4th floor, which is reached by means of an elevator. There is a refuse room on the far end of the corridor should garbage need to be taken out. Other things to note Noise: The apartment is positioned parallel to Long Street, which is a bustling road with many bars, cafés and restaurants, which will increase the noise levels, especially on weekends and public holidays. If you are a light sleeper and noise sensitive this apartment is unfortunately not for you. Parking: Parking is on street and generally readily available. During office hours this is paid per hour or part thereof, after hours parking is complimentary. Internet: The wifi is an uncapped fibre line (5mbps). Television: This set up for YouTube and Netflix only. You will require your own account details. Refuse: Should you wish to discard your refuse there is a refuse room at the far end of the corridor with bins and a rubbish drop. Laundry: There is a coin operated laundry service on the ground floor just above the security desk. This has washing machines and tumble driers. The cost per load is R20 (you will require four R5 coins per washing or drying cycle). Servicing: The once off cleaning fee is for the pre and post clean of the apartment. For stays longer than 7 days fresh bedding and towels will be dropped off. Should cleaning be required this can be arranged at an additional cost. Security: The access controlled complex has 24/7 security with CCTV cameras installed in the building's common areas. Check in/out: Due to same day check out and in’s the check in/out times are strictly from 3pm and 10am respectively.
