No pets. No smoking. Do not pull and please refrain children from curtains, from lighter furniture, hands on lighter walls, or jump on furniture or place drinks on pool table. Do not place warm paper plate products directly on dark tables. Please make note of TV and WiFi info as well as house rules handbook provided for guest rules. This home is used as a second home when not rented so leave owners items alone if any in closets. Garage and attic spaces are off limits. Leave home in same condition received. Make note of amenities listed so all are aware of what is shared with guests. Ice maker does not work on fridge at current time. Ice usually provided. Outdoor renovations being done so yard maintenance may be done during stay but will be informed, minor worn carpet stains. Video surveillance outdoors. Trash receptacle usu on side of home. Otherwise leave on back patio. Thursday’s trash days. Blue lid was is trash. Black is recycling. Prefer to launder own items unless very soiled then need to replace if stained. Please use blankets provided to cover white bedding and do not sleep on top of comforters, throw pillows, or shams. There are plenty of linens in closets. Ladies, pls be mindful of makeup, hair color, etc and use colored washcloths. I love feedback even though we usually provide guests with quality service.
