Our 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for your Goa getaway with friends and family. It is located in Siolim in North Goa. The artistically decorated apartment is spacious, with a lot of natural light and is entirely air-conditioned with all modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The gated community has 24/7 security and a swimming pool; and we have provided a dedicated parking space and daily housekeeping. Keep it simple at this peaceful albeit centrally-located holiday home. The space The contemporary apartment is nestled in a gated community; and is tastefully decorated with special attention to detail and comfort. Wake up to birds chirping and serene views of the forests around the property. The entire apartment is yours for the duration of the stay that you book. The apartment comes fully equipped with high speed internet, power back up, flat screen TV, 3 split unit air conditioners, refrigerator, washing machine, water purifier, toaster, kettle, iron with an ironing board, microwave, oven and a well equipped kitchen which includes cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Living room The living room has a comfortable sofa and chairs; and an attached balcony which has seating available and can be used a smoking area. The flat screen TV has streaming apps available. Most of the furniture has been hand made by the host. A breakfast table/bar and chairs have been provided on the attached balcony, where you can enjoy lush field views while dining, working or having a drink. Dining room The host is an artist and works with wood, and the unique live-edge dining table that you will be using has been hand made by him with local mango wood. Bedrooms The two bedrooms are nearly identical with a double bed each; with one having an ensuite bathroom and the other bathroom is just across the passage from the bedroom. Both rooms feature minimalist mango wood furniture, some of which has been hand-made by the host. Both bedrooms have spacious attached balconies. Kitchen A bright, airy and state-of-the-art kitchen serves the purpose of a holiday home. It has been stocked with all essentials including a fridge, microwave, OTG, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen is also stocked with complimentary basic rations (milk, sugar, tea, coffee, oil, honey, jam, masalas etc). Other amenities - Dedicated WiFi (High-speed internet from a leading service provider) - Power back-up (wifi, fans, some lights and plug points all work on the inverter power back up) - Bathroom with essentials and stocked with branded bath amenities - Premium cotton bed linen and towels Common Pool The pool is common to the apartment complex and is shared Guest access The apartment is on the second floor. You will have access to the entire home and all common areas of the complex, including the swimming pool. Other things to note • NO REQUESTS FOR OFFLINE COMMUNICATION Please ask us all your questions via messages. • MOBILE & INTERNET COVERAGE Please note that mobile/cellphone network inside the house (and in Goa in general) can be erratic, problematic and sometimes non-existent. We have provided a high-speed giga-fibre internet connection so that your communication is uninterrupted. • EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT An early check-in or late check-out can be provided, based on our availability and cleaning schedule. • HOUSEKEEPING There is an all-female housekeeping team who will clean the apartment once a day, except Sundays. • LAUNDRY SERVICE A washing machine has been provided, along with a clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board.
