The house is situated in the middle of an old district, away from tourist strongholds in Santa Lucia de Tirajana, 29 km from the airport. Smaller shops and several restaurants are within walking distance, the nearest major supermarket in Vecindario is about 30 minutes away by car. A public outdoor swimming pool is located in the village. The Tirajana Valley is ideal for hiking enthusiasts. We bought the house in February 2022 and completely renovated it. By a decision of the Spanish government, we are obliged to request and keep a photocopy of the front and back of the ID/passport of all guests staying in our accommodation from the age of 16.
