The space The main level of the home is set up with a full living area, office, dining room, and additional dining area in the eat-in kitchen. The upper level of the home includes the following - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with stunning windows & adorable neighborhood view! Bedroom 2 - Full bed and TV Bedroom 3 - Full bed and TV Bedroom 4 - Child’s room with twin size trundle bed, both bed with memory foam twin mattresses - and a toddler bed Full bath with standing shower Large linen closet with plenty of fresh sheets, towels & wash cloths Guest access You will have access to the entire home, including the basement. We allow guests to access the basement if they need to do laundry, but we ask you do not consider this space as part of the listing. It is an old, unfinished basement and not updated the way the rest of the home is. We will offer laundry soap, dryer sheets & laundry baskets for your convenience! There is also a side door that leads into the kitchen. Guests can pull cars into the alley briefly to unload luggage, groceries etc and avoid the steps in the front. Parking in the alley way for any reason other than loading/unloading is not permitted. Also be sure when parking out front to not block the fire hydrant. Other things to note Please note the exterior photo of the home. There are two sets of steps with safety railings leading into the home. Because of this, the house is not considered handicap accessible and may need to be a consideration for some guests.
