Casa Mesa Verde is a modern European architect designed house featured in The Sunday Times with stunning views of the ocean, Lanzarote and the mountains. Located in Villaverde, the property has been designed as a luxurious and stylish retreat with a large heated private pool and beautifully designed terrace, full fibre WiFi throughout, spacious lounge with wood panelling and Stuv built in fire, home cinema including Apple TV and a large kitchen/diner that can comfortably seat 10 people The space Casa Mesa Verde has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 plus 1 infant in a travel cot. The property is situated in a peaceful and scenic part of Villaverde, a village located in the North of Fuerteventura which enjoys some of the best restaurants in the Island and which is conveniently located close to Lajares and approximately 15 minutes drive to the beaches in Corralejo and El Cotillo. Casa Mesa Verde is decorated and equipped to a high standard throughout with Duravit Starck and Grohe fittings in the bathrooms, Miele appliances in the kitchen and a Stuv wood burning fire in the living room. In the beautifully decorated lounge there is generous seating with three sofas and two chairs allowing guests to enjoy the home cinema system in comfort. The system includes a 65" LG OLED TV screen with Apple TV box providing access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV (guests will need to use their own account details to access) plus a DVD/BluRay Player. From the lounge, there are full height glass sliding doors offering access to the covered terrace with large outside table and chairs allowing guests to enjoy al fresco dining while looking out over the illuminated swimming pool. The large heated swimming pool measures 10.5m x 5.5m and benefits from a salt water system so the water is softer and much kinder to the eyes and skin. In addition, the pool has a solar cover to help maintain the temperature of the pool and keep it clean. The architect designed outside terrace is very large and was completely re-tiled in early 2022 with beautiful large format anti-slip tiles. High quality sun loungers are provided with towels and there is an outside shower and toilet. The covered terrace provides a comfortable space to relax away from the sun and to enjoy al fresco eating. There is also an upper terrace with 360 views of the ocean and mountains. The main bedroom downstairs is situated in a separate wing of the house and has a king size bed, separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and WC. In the bedroom there is a flat screen TV, Apple TV box and BluRay player. The second main bedroom is located upstairs with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. Inside the bedroom, there is a 42" OLED TV with Apple TV box. The bedroom opens out to the upper terrace where you can enjoy a morning coffee while watching the sun rise! Downstairs in the right side wing of the house there are 2 good size bedrooms, each with twin single beds. This wing of the house also has two bathrooms both with showers and WC. All bedrooms have shutters with insect screens and all 4 bedrooms downstairs open out onto the ground floor terrace and swimming pool.
