Set on the highest hill of our beautiful farm, The PearTree Hilltop Cabin awaits you. A stylish little cabin with a loft can comfortably sleep 2 guests with 1 double bed. Equipped with all that you would need for a luxurious off grid experience. Including an eco-toilet. Enjoy a meal overlooking the farm view, curl up with a book & tea, enjoy a restful sleep, embrace the outdoors by your personal fire pit, meet our alpacas and explore our flower farm! @augusttreeflowerfarm The space The cabin includes a cozy sitting area with a little kitchenette for basic cooking. Also included in this space is a wood burning stove and little dining area overlooking the alpaca pasture. There is a loft with a comfortable double bed, and beautiful view. You must climb a ladder to access this area. The cabin reflects the temperature outdoors. If it is cold.. the cabin is also cold and will need your hand in starting a fire and keeping it stoked. If it is a heatwave.. the cabin will be very warm. We do have a fan available. We ask that you keep in mind the temperature at the time of year you are booking the PearTree Cabin, monitor your expectations and prepare adequately :) The bathroom bunkie is just steps away from the cabin. Within you will find a clean flushing eco-toilet, and a basic washstand with soap, a jug of water and a basin for water collection. Guest access Your may arrive to the farm for self check in AFTER 3PM and self check out BEFORE 11AM. We cannot accommodate early check in or late check outs. We are often asked if it is ok to stay on the farm after checking out of the cabin and unfortunately we cannot accommodate this. We have designed these times in order to work around the private events and work we do on the farm and cannot make exceptions. Other things to note - The alpacas are out in their pasture and ready to greet you all year round! - We provide a 2 gallon jug of water within the cabin for such things as tea and coffee. We suggest bringing along additional drinking water.. however the water provided is perfectly safe to drink. - We also want to remind you to bring anything you’d like to add to your coffee or tea as we don’t have milk or cream readily available in the cabin. - The only heat source during the cold months is the little wood burning stove. We suggest you light it immediately upon arrival and in no time the whole cabin will be very warm. The wood burning stove is very effective! - Please be aware that in order to access the bedroom loft you must climb a ladder. Included in cabin: - a lantern light that can also charge phone - 2 battery operated lights with extra batteries - candles & throw blankets - games - paper, wood and kindling for fire - tea and coffee - sugar - spatula and spoon - sharp knife and cutting board - can opener - bottle opener - pot and pan - scissors - water glasses, wine glasses & mugs - plates and bowls - cutlery - olive oil spray, salt & pepper
