It's the perfect time to be in touch with nature with your family amid the tranquility of this nice and cozy country house. You will enjoy its space amidst gardens and the sweet sound of birds that with their song will remind us how important it is to be able to give ourselves time to rest. The space Location and spaces: The house is located in a condominium 20 minutes from Melgar on the way to Carmen de Apicalá. You will have a private space of 1580m2 with a 261m2 macana-type house distributed over 2 floors, a large social area with 7.3 meter high ceilings which makes it a really cool area inside the house! BEDROOMS: It has 4 bedrooms with fans, which have large windows that allow ventilation and natural lighting and permanent visibility of the palm trees that surround the house. Below is the layout of the rooms: • Bedroom #1 Double bed with double sofa bed and private bathroom. • Bedroom #2 Double bed and private bathroom. • Bedroom #3 Double bed and double sofa bed, shares a bathroom with bedroom #4 • Bedroom #4 2 Double beds. • SWIMMING POOL: You will enjoy a private pool which is kept at a very pleasant temperature. It is ideal for children as it has a shallow section where they can play and spend fun moments. • TV ROOM: Located on the second floor with perfect lighting thanks to a floor-to-ceiling door that connects with one of the house's terraces from which you can appreciate spectacular sunsets. In this space you will have a TV with Direct TV, a game console and board games for family fun. This area has a sofa double bed and bathroom. • KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM: Equipped with a gas stove, oven, ice maker, additional small refrigerator, 2 ice machines to enjoy cold drinks whenever you want, blender, microwave oven, manual sandwich maker (not electric), manual orange juice squeezer, coffee maker, pots, pans and the utensils needed to prepare the most exquisite menus. Dining room with 8 seats inside the house and 1 Kiosk located outside the house next to the pool where there is a dining room with 6 seats with an expandable table for up to 10 seats in where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. • BBQ: The BBQ is gas-powered and is located in an area near the pool, which means you can enjoy a delicious afternoon of outdoor dining without missing out on fun moments. The condominium has walking and/or jogging trails. Also, if you bring your bike you can ride inside the condominium and enjoy a tour in the middle of nature (ideal to use repellent in those spaces). At home we have 2 medium-sized bicycles which you can use during your stay. • Parking: The house has a parking space for up to 4 cars within the private area. Guest access Alojamiento entero Other things to note It is important to mention that the cleaning fee charged through the platform covers the preparation of the house for your arrival, the first day of your stay and the cleaning of the house after your departure. Domestic service is required for the entire time of the house rental. The cost of this service covers the work of our collaborator during your stay, so this must be paid directly to her before check-out ($105,000 pesos per day). Empathically in our country it is accustomed to sharing food with the people who perform this trade (Breakfast and lunch). Depending on the availability of our accommodation, we can be flexible in terms of check-in/out times, which can be coordinated from the time of booking.
