Create a lifetime of memories at La Puesta de Sol! Located above Len’s Marina on Broomes Island, you will wake up in your private space, overlooking the beautiful Patuxent River! Enjoy the large deck, sipping a cold beverage, listening to music, watching for herons, swans and osprey or maybe just reading your favorite book! Lounge at the beach, explore in the kayak, or maybe you would rather rent bikes to tour the island! There are hiking trails within 15 mins, and so much more to do! The space Your apartment has it’s own private entrance, but please be aware it is on the second floor. Although the space is private and beautiful, it is located at a working marina, so it may not be completely quiet at all times. You will be able to relax and enjoy your stay! And the views are breathtaking! Our Marina store is stocked with beer, wine, ice, ice cream, snacks, and some grocery items! We also sell bait and tackle if you are planning to do some fishing while you are in town. Guest access You will have access to your apartment, the deck, the beach, the kayak, the marina store and surrounding property. We do ask that patrons do not fish or crab on the marina pier. There is a public pier about a mile down the street, called Nans Cove. Other things to note This is a busy Marina, especially on weekends. Parking is limited. We ask that you only bring one vehicle, and we will do our best to provide a space close to your apartment!
