Our private entrance entire second story has a cozy atmosphere! It’s located off Middlemarch, heading up to the adventurous Dragoon Mountain area where people like to hike and go off roading. You have a spectacular view of the Dragoon Mountains from your 32 ft patio or cozy downstairs fenced area and perfect view to watch the sunrise or sunset. We are only 4 miles (2 miles as the crow fly's) from the Historic town of Tombstone. There is a BBQ. YouTubeTV is on your 55" Smart TV. Pet friendly! The space The entire second story, 32 ft private patio upstairs and cozy small fenced area downstairs that is perfect for your pups and sitting to watch wildlife. My husband and I live downstairs. We are a quiet retired couple. Only interaction we would have is if we happen to be out in the yard...unless of course you need something, we are here for you. We are a 💯 off grid adventure! 😊 Other things to note Middlemarch is paved 1 mile, and the other 1.8 miles is dirt, but regularly maintained by the County. The .08 miles of Rainbow Rd is a dirt road also and is not maintained by county. Semi steep stairs. We have Starlink for our internet.
