Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire first and second floors of this two-story home. This includes: * All bedrooms, bathroom, the living room, dining room, and kitchen. * The front porch and the private, enclosed backyard. * Convenient and free street parking is available directly in front of the house. PLEASE NOTE: * There is no guest access to laundry facilities during your stay. * A private basement apartment (ADU) is occupied by a long-term tenant. They have a completely separate entrance and do not use any of your private areas. You may occasionally see them pass through the yard to access their private garage. Other things to note * **Age Suitability:** This home is best suited for adults and children aged 10 and over. The home is not childproofed, and original historic features like low upstairs windows may not be safe for young children or infants. * **Quiet Neighborhood:** Our home is in a peaceful residential area with attentive neighbors. We kindly ask that you be respectful of our community and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evening. **Review House Rules:** Please take a moment to review all House Rules before booking to ensure our home is a good fit for your stay. This attracts pests. • There is a tenant in a separate basement ADU on the premises. • There is no washer and dryer in this rental. • No Pets
