The space House Rules & Policies General Rules: • No cats allowed • Dogs allowed (Max 3; Pet fee: $25 per pet per stay) • Pets must stay off furniture. • All pet hair/signs of pets must be cleaned up to avoid extra charges. • Extra guest fee: After 2 guests, an additional $20 per person per night applies. • No events, parties, or gatherings exceeding booked guests • Minimum booking age: 21 years old • No USPS mail delivery accepted • Violations result in a $250 fine per incident • Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Please respect our neighbors). Guest Agreement & Security • Primary guest must sign a Guest Confirmation Agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID before check-in. • Exterior security cameras are installed for safety.
